Send us your booth set-up drawings and after a few virtual meetings with our production team we'll be ready to execute.

Our experienced labor team loads your booth freight in and 

set ups your booth just as you planned it. All equipment provided; 

fork lifts, ladders and tools!


Don't forget to ship your product - we help to set that up too. 

You may want to send one staff person or lead that's 

familiar with the booth plan.


For technical product set up, an additional 

staff technician is recommended.

Based on your input, we will write and deliver a script that highlights your brand message and key products and attributes. We are happy to provide all of the voice-over, or we can include your subject matter experts in a virtual interview format. The script will also serve as direction to our video team to insure we capture all of the right images, including a dynamic video tour of your booth and demos that show your products in the best possible light.

 We will develop an HTML e-vite that can be sent to your customers inviting them to watch your production during a live webinar. We will provide a live host and encourage you to have your subject matter experts join us for a dynamic presentation that will conclude with a Q&A session.
